Resumo:
With the increasing expansion of the distribution transformers market in the last years
in Brazil and considering the implementation necessity of ISO 9001 (International
Organization for Standardization), by the majority of transformer’s manufacturers,
which establish minimum standard of quality in the manufactured products, a large of
manufacturers and refurbish companies need to adapt and automate its tests in order
to document and standarize them. Is in this context that is inserted this work: “A
contribution to the automation of tests in medium voltage power transformers”. The
techniques and methods of the proposed automation are explored in practice
through the project and implementation of MONITEK9443, MONITEK9610 and
MONITEK9920 equipments and by the development of the computational programs:
TRANS4, RTMED, RHMED, ELEVA and SATURA, which permit working together,
realize tests in no-load conditions and in short circuit, as well, transformer turn ratio
and ohmic resistance measurements, report emissions, statistical analysis,
disagreement history register, saturation curves obtainment, elevation temperature
determination and frequency correction method for 50[Hz]. Nowadays in Brazil there
are more than 50 companies in distribution transformers area, using these
developed programs and instruments, including electricity distribution companies,
such as ENERGIPE, ENERSUL, CEMAT, CFLCL, CELPE, CELG and CEMIG. With
this work is expected to contribute effectively to the standardization, automation and
production increase, with respect to the realization of routine tests.
