Resumo:
Medical equipment must present a high-level performance with efficiency
attested by international regulatory agencies. This type of equipment must operate
satisfactorily in electromagnetic environments, having good behavior for
electromagnetic immunity.
This work presents, in the context of electromagnetic compatibility, a proposal
for electromagnetic tests on medical equipment. Aiming at this objective, a comparative
study between the Brazilian standard IEC-NBR 60601-1-2 and international standards
by IEC – International Electrotechnical Commission has been carried out.
