Resumo:
This research describes the planning, the phases of execution and the troubles of the
industrial experiment carried out for cellulose and paper industry. It was focused on the
context of the chemical recovery. The experimental matrix was formed using three factors of
control: pressure and temperature of the black liquor and pressure of primary air with two
levels each, center points and faced star points. The emission tax of particulate material was
defined as response variable for the experimental research and its value had been gotten
using isocinetic measurement. The planning and the results had been generated by software
MINITAB v.13, using the Planning and Analysis of Experiments - DOE and also the Surface
Response Methodology - SRM, as statistical technology of analysis. The mathematic model
didn’t reach the expected adherence but the research provided the possibility of improvement
and procedural optimization. It fulfilled the specific objectives and part of general objective.
The functional workgroup and academic staff added had improved their skill by the unknown
research carried through for the boiler of chemical recovery Stein ET Spanish Roubaix and
precipitator electrostatic Fläkt type FAC-2828-6070-3.
