Resumo:
The purpose of the present work is to discuss and to analyse a redispatch
technique to overcome the overload problem in electrical power systems. Aspects
of the operation process in such systems are described generically in spite of
having as reference the ONS – Operador Nacional do Sistema and more
specificaly CTEEP – Companhia de Transmissão de Energia Elétrica Paulista
operation procedures. It is presented the traditional load flow calculation method
and following that the redispatch technique which aims to overcome the overload
problem in transformers and transmission lines. This technique was developed as
a software resulted of the Research and Development First Cycle conducted by
CTEEP and made by Universidade Federal de Itajubá – UNIFEI. Tests and results
were made with the help of this software. Changes were made in the original
proposal according to the needs, during the research by the UNIFEI’s team.
The CTEEP’s electrical system was adopted for the test stage and
comparisons between the redispatch techinique and the daily performances
employed in the real time and operation planning departments.
