Resumo:
his dissertation has as purpose to analyze the stress and strain through the
Matrix Transfer Method in rotative disks subject to a temperature gradient and also to
determine the critical rotation of operation of the system shaft / disk in function of
safety's fit interference, so that the system is not subject the failures. The Matrix
Transfer Method is developed for the disk of constant profile with central hole and
shaft of the system. The mathematical model will be obtained by the overlap of the
effects of radial strain, radial stress, temperature and inertia forces, starting from the
equilibrium equation of an element of the disk and of the elasticity fundamental
equation. It is also developed a program for personal computer using the software
MATLAB®, for a model of approach of a variable profile in a group of constant
profiles, using the best representative model for the same.
