Resumo:
A fundamental procedure to guarantee the energy quality in electric systems is the
tension regulation. However, it is not a trivial activity due to the great number of
state variations that an electric system is submitted. The effective compensation of
eventual disturbances is crucial to guarantee the correct operation of an electric
power system.
In the sense of improving this fundamental process exist some strategies that use
regulators and conventional stabilizers, and other that use techniques more elabo rated.
Due the non-linear characteristics of electric systems, not always conventional
controllers have satisfactory behaviors in conditions of real operation in power sys tems.
This work will use Fuzzy Logic to implement an automatic regulator of tension and
a power system stabilizer for electric generators, aiming to improve the generation
processes in electric systems.
Results obtained through computational simulations and of real experiments indi cated an improvement regarding the utilization of conventional system
