Resumo:
Technologies invade our daily lives and are present in teaching. The school exercises its power in relation to knowledge and use of technologies involving teachers, students, and content to be learned. However, the appropriate use of technology for education requires strategies that enable and leverage the integration of media in education, avoiding dispersion and consequent difficulty of use. In this sense, trends in the use of technology in education point to some elements, including gamification, augmented reality, massive open online course (MOOC), etc. In some disciplines, specifically Histology, technology emerges as a complementary tool in the process teaching. The ability to minimize issues related to practical activity and complement the study through educational applications are factors related to the use of technologies. In this discipline there are few educational initiatives involving advanced technologies, such as augmented and learning environments in search of MOOCs. This research presents the development of educational applications in histology using augmented in massive open online courses reality environments. For this, involving multiple media components such as text, image, sound, video and 3D objects, which have been integrated into educational applications of Histology with augmented reality have been developed. The main objective is to create augmented reality applications covering requirements for the composition of a massive open online course (MOOC) Histology. To do so, the elaborate applications have been submitted and evaluated by students of a medical course. Data analysis enabled us to understand students' difficulties with the application as well as the potential application of which converge with the requirements for the construction of a massive open online course and composed both by thematic content developed for the student, as the content developed to support the teacher.
