Resumo:
In organizational environments characterized by high complexity and continuous change, change management faces the challenge of responding quickly and assertively to demands and resistance identified throughout ongoing change initiatives. In this context, this study aims to develop and systematize the Change Sounding Session (CHSS) as a change management methodology oriented to the concept of Business Agility, based on its structured application in a real organizational setting. For this purpose, action research was adopted as the research method, enabling iterative cycles of intervention, observation, analysis, and learning throughout the change process. The investigation was conducted in a Brazilian aeronautical company through a pilot project, in which the CHSS was employed to structure short cycles of listening, analysis, and feedback. These interactions guided stakeholder engagement, the mapping of perceptions and resistance, as well as the definition and follow-up of resulting actions. The results indicate a progressive reduction of initial resistance, strengthened engagement, and increased clarity regarding change objectives across successive interactions. Based on these findings, the study systematizes and organizes the CHSS methodology, clarifying its functioning, stages, and conditions of use, thereby yielding a technical product with replication potential in highly complex organizational environments.
