Resumo:
The use of the organizational learning, allied to a well defined structure of corporative
education, organized in order to allow the transmission of information, programming and
execution of training action and evaluation of the gotten results, allows a management of the
individual and collective abilities that generate essential competitive advantages for the
organization. This work describes the implantation of a learning environment that allows to
the transmission and absorption of the tacit and explicit knowledge in a designers team
through an research-action. The bibliographical revision was developed under the concepts of
the learning and of the Fifth Discipline of Peter Senge. The research was carried through in
the designers team of the ELEB, company of the aeronautical branch, and, in its development,
it was identified a routine of work capable to allow the growth of the individual ability and
efficient ways of communication of the information in the development of projects. The
accompaniment of the growth of the learning was made using a matrix of individual ability,
that identified the knowledge, abilities and attitudes of the team members. The development
of the research-action occurred at six distinct moments: the wakening of the research, the
formal ability, the identification of the project process, the motivation, the identification of the
group and the transmission of the knowledge. As result of this research, the increase of the
learning through the routine of feedback of projects was evidenced and that the cognitional
theory, associate to the construction of a shared vision, composes the best methodology of
learning.
