Resumo:
During all the complex changes of the history in the economic panorama, the energetic
sector has strongly contributed to the Brasilian economy in all its phases.
Recently, the commercial, industrial and residential consumers received/recepted
energy from the regulated monopolies, vertically integrated, which generated, transmitted and
distributed energy in a certain concession area. The future perspectives, however, is that there
may be choice initiatives of retail trade in order to allow commercial and residential
consumers to choose their energy supplier, recepting it through the installations of the local
distributor site.
The objective of the dissertation is having a general view of the technology tools of
the information for commercialization, client fidelity, efficiency and productivity increase, as
well as presenting and analysing challenges and trends imposed by the e-business and the
technological solutions that have been generation competitive advantages for the Gas, Petrol
and Energy Segments.
This work makes one analysis of the possibility of the implementation of CRM
techniques, e-business, analysing the existent model, and the legal and safety issues. Case
studies are also made to show the application of the techniques.
