Resumo:
The main objective of this work is to analyze the regulatory aspects of the law of the sea in
Brazil, with a focus on the generation of electric energy through the forms of energy coming
from the sea, analyzing the structure of the sea, with the discrimination of the maritime spaces,
the technologies used for sea exploration will be presented, along with some countries that
already explore these types of technology, with the presentation of a brief history of the
Brazilian electricity sector and sea exploration, as well as the current Brazilian legislation, so
that in the end, the present work is a detailed summary on the legal aspects of the law of the sea
for the generation of electric energy.
