Resumo:
Nowadays more and more organizations have to rationalize the utilization of their
financial, human and material resources. In order to be more efficient and obtain a good
economic performance, public and private organizations must to adopt management systems
of quality and productivity. These systems should provide a continuous improvement of
quality and increased satisfaction of clients, employees and also the society.
The aim of this work is to analyze and to adapt for Academia Militar das Agulhas
Negras' Educational Division a management system of quality based on NBR ISO 9001:2000
one of the most used systems in companies and civil organizations and that is internationally
recognized as an efficient one. Therefore, bibliographical researches, documental researches
and structured interviews were accomplished as data collection as well as researcher's
comment in a military organization of the Army and in a Technical School, both already
certified, with the intention of obtaining knowledge and experience as base of a proposal
which can be implemented into Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras' Educational Division.
