Resumo:
The search for better resulted financial and the survival the requirements of the market,
take the industry to invest mainly in an item of its process: human factor. In the present study
the factors related to the formation of teams of the quality will be portraied, analyzing the
interactions of the groups with the organizacional environment. The same it was developed
through a carried through descriptive research in the Philips unit of Brazil .
Factors of bigger interest for formation of teams are related with the envolvement of the
high step, professional career and the benefit of the trip. In relation to the development of the
teams personal factors and imperfections of main leadership they are the cause that harm the
development of the teams. Advantages acquired for the teams are reduction of cost and learning,
benefiting the organization as a whole.
