Resumo:
Nowadays, the globalized world requires competitive organizations that make
qualified products and satisfy their client’s necessities. Therefore, the Six Sigma Methodology is
a strategy that applies the structured use of a series of techniques and statistic tools that help the
organizations make decisions when implementing actions to improve processes and products.
However, in order to achieve success this methodology needs to be implemented and kept
correctly by training specialized people in the Six Sigma philosophy, especially Green Belts and
Black Belts. The directed learning and a detailed evaluation in cognitive terms became strongly
considered because of the necessity of having more effective and efficient trainings. That is why
the use of Bloom’s Taxonomy became indispensable, this system analyses the student’s
intellectual abilities from the simplest level (knowledge) to the most complex level of cognitive
development (evaluation). In order to carry out this evaluation efficiently, a new Model of
Evaluation was developed in Access® and some applications of this model were carried out to
check its efficiency. In order to achieve good results in terms of operation and efficiency, the
model was applied considering Green Belts as well as Black Belts. Finally, it is expected that the
model meets the necessities of the trainings in Six Sigma Methodology satisfactorily.
