Resumo:
This study presents a positive contribution to develop strategies in supply chain
management. The concepts of Balanced Scorecard (BSC), proposed for Kaplan and Norton,
are applied to construct the strategic map for the productive material acquisition system of a
industrial unit from electric sector, ALSTOM Brasil Ltda. This map is limited by three
strategical themes: supplier selection, supplier relationship and information system. The
concepts of BSC are applied by using the research technique: Soft Systems Analysis. As a
result, the strategic map was prove as a way of spreading unit strategies and objectives, as
well as some actions that would help the unit to win the learning and innovation process in
the performing strategy.
