Resumo:
One of the most relevant parts of a receiver is the Low Noise Amplifier – LNA. This
work describes the design of a fully integrated LNA implemented in 0.35µm CMOS. The
circuit should be capable of operating at 1805MHz-1820MHz band, which corresponds to the
D Band of mobile communications in Brazil. The design was fully integrated, including the
inductors. It was used the two stage architecture in order to achieve enough gain and provide
good isolation between input and output.
