Resumo:
The following work will present a proposal of indicators of acting of results of the quality
through a rising of data that will define 3 key groups of indicators: customer relationship SGQ
practices, plant performance. These groups were divided at indicators which were composite
for control items developed by lifted up verification points in the company in study. This
proposal will allow the evaluation and verification of the true situation of the system of the
quality of this company, as well as the verification of the relationship among the 3 groups of
