Resumo:
The environment of the companies is probably, the scenery of the most evident
transformations, imposition of the impact economy involving the world.
It uses the alloying of the science with the technology, to give velocity in the productive
progress of product and services, with actions and reactions along the supply chain. They
have as goal maximizes the economical results, influencing the employment level strongly.
This work identifies that the successive changes, happened in the environment of the
companies, they created a certain “estrangement ", among the exigency of the job market
(companies) and the academic formation of the engineering.
As alternative, the dissertation examines the university, as being a link of the supply
chain.
To obtain more syntony inside of supply chain, it proposes fittings in the teaching
method, based in the formation of the argument ability, built integrating technical
competences and subjective abilities.
It assists to the selective process and the job market.
To obtain the planned goals, the companies incorporated new managerial attitudes. It
demands from the human resources, new competences and abilities, suitable with the rigidity
of the competitiveness. It is a new profile of the capital intellectual, much more related with
the valorization, of the behavior of the personality.
