Resumo:
This work aims to draw a profile of undergraduate students who are in the final phase of their training, seeking to identify what contact these students have with TDIC during their training, as well as the understandings they present about what these technologies are, and about the need to include TDIC in the curriculum. An experiment was developed in which the conversion of light energy into electrical energy was demonstrated and semi-structured interviews were carried out with the purpose of identifying the perceptions of such students regarding a remote experiment with the theme of energy. The data demonstrate that initially the understanding of technology is exclusively related to digital devices, and that this understanding expands during the course. There is still a need for better implementation of TDIC in student training so that technology can be used as a teaching tool, as it contributes to the teaching and learning process. When presented with the experiment that was developed, the interest and enthusiasm shown by the undergraduates in applying the experiment in the classroom is notable.
